If you're experiencing any issues or wish to report a problem with your website, hosting or email account with Star 3 Media please fill in the support form below. Your support request will be added into our system and we will be in contact with you within 24 hours if your request is submitted between the hours of 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday. All after hours support requests will be dealt with on the next business day (Monday – Friday). Please be aware that your issue or problem may not be resolved within 24 hours however you will be notified of the progress.
