Our customised POS system comes with touch screen technology that means that the POS can be easily used and can be totally customised for your business needs. The system provides fantastic statistical daily, monthly or weekly reporting for your business and can even calculate your staff wages for you at the end of your pay week.
INTEGRATE POS SYSTEM
The integrate POS system is completely customised for you needs but does come with some off the shelf packages that you may be interested in. One of the systems that you can buy is our Log-in screen and standard key template, the template comes with a calculator style key pad that is used for entering cash and opening the till, the buttons on the top right are service keys where you would type in who is serving, refund and wastage keys. The main body panel fits the products that you sell and with the different colours that are available they are easily identifiable by all staff.
REPORTING & END OF DAY BANKING
End of day banking can be one of the most difficult things to trust staff with on those occasions that you cannot be there to close off the cash register for yourself. Our banking module has been set out so simply that even someone who has never used it before will be able to follow how much float to leave as well as the total amount being banked for the day. The banking module can also be linked to our reporting module, which automatically sends you the daily sales report with the banking (under and/over figures) as well as a breakdown on every key (stock item) for the day and the amount of sales throughout the day.
STAFF ROSTERING & WAGE REPORTS
The staff rostering and wage module can manage large amounts of staff in various categories with multiple different pays with ease! Each staff member has their own profile and compulsory categories such as date of birth (that links to their pay rate) and log on number (that dictates their access to keys on the POS). An administrator can then dictate the user level and authority of each employee individually, some will be able to refund and do banking and younger casuals will not. At the end of your pay cycle the pays are very simple to compile. Every time that an employee logs-in and out on a shift the system registers that they were at work for that period. Simply put in the pay cycle dates and the system will generate a report of who worked and when. The reports can then be used by your bookkeeper in MYOB or QUICKBOOKS to pay the staff a few hours later! No more messy pieces of paper as the system is all securely on-line.
ONLINE POS TICKETING
The Star 3 Media POS Ticketing system ensures that anywhere at any site you can edit POS ticketing material, add prices and change products and print out the A4 on site, slip it behind an acrylic A4 stand and in a few minutes you have banded up to date POS ticketing in your office or store.
This feature can also be used to update and order business cards, letterheads, wobblers, in fact anything else that you can print out on a quality colour printer! Or in the case of business cards you can send them straight to print and order 250, 500, or 1000 online and pay using your credit card. Delivery is normally within the week or early the next week.
